Definition of arthritis?
Inflammation of joints resulting in pain, swelling and stiffness, caused by degenerative changes of the body or trauma or bacterial infection and other causes.
Various types of arthritis?
There are a multitude of different types of arthritis such as acute arthritis, chronic inflammatory arthritis, degenerative arthritis also called osteo arthritis, infectious arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, lyme arthritis, menopausal arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, septic arthritis, tuberculous arthritis and more…
What is the cause of arthritis?
Arthritis can be triggered by degenerative changes causing the breakdown of cartilage and bone, trauma in sports such as after a sudden hard impact, infection caused by bacteria and other causes.
What are typical arthritis symptoms?
Arthritis symptoms can be very diverse, but certainly include: pain, swelling of joints, joint stiffness typically in fingers, hips, knees, feet and back.
How can I prevent getting arthritis?
Everybody can get arthritis. People who are over the age of 55, overweight, people who have a family history of arthritis, people who have injured their joints and bones. Naturally a healthful live style including a balanced diet and moderate exercise may help to prevent arthritis partially, but even healthy and fit individuals are not guaranteed to not getting arthritis in one form or another.
Is there a cure for arthritis?
There is no cure for arthritis. There are medications that can help in order to manage arthritis symptoms, pain and swelling, however most medications have side effects and some side effects are worse than the intended benefits.
Side effects from prescription medications?
Side effects from prescription medication can include: dizziness, nausea, drowsiness, diarrhea, fatigue, sleepiness, shortness of breath, sweating, fever, chills, abdominal pain, mouth ulcers, sore throat, vision problems, headaches, loss of appetite, rash, itching, light sensitivity, joint pain, muscular pain, osteoporosis and more.

You may want to consider signing up for a water exercise class for low impact exercising. Ideal water temperature should be between 83 and 88 in order to help facilitate muscle relaxation and decrease joint pain and stiffness. According to your doctor's advice, if you can, also include light weight lifting to help strengthen muscles and endurance and a variety of cardio vascular workouts.
Is there a natural remedy to help manage arthritic symptoms and pain?
There are various natural remedies available on the market today, however, are they effective enough to actually help relieve arthritic symptoms such as pain, swelling and inflammation of the joints? We have found one product to be quite effective. It is called Actiflex. Actiflex stands for “Activity / Flexibility”. Actiflex contains Active Manuka Honey with Bee Venom and Ginger. Every 1 teaspoon of Actiflex contains bee venom in the amount of 1,5 real live bee stings!
Bee Venom Research…
Certain chemicals that occur naturally in bee venom, seem to have anti-inflammatory effects in the body. In fact, bee venom apparently helps to produce cortisoles in the body that act as a pain reliever. The antioxidant property of bee venom also naturally supports the immune system.
In 1973 the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology published a study about a certain compound that occurs naturally in bee venom, Peptide-401. The study proves that Peptide-401 to be 100 times stronger than hydro cortisone in its anti-inflammatory properties.
The other substance that occurs naturally in bee venom is Melittin. Melittin helps stop the production of harmful free radicals in the body. Free radicals can have negative effects on the joints. Another benefit of Melittin is that it causes the pituitary gland in the body to release ACTH, which in turn stimulates the adrenal gland to help produce the body’s own cortisol.
Bee Venom positively affects the immune system through the hypothalamus, pituitary and adrenal glands. Therefore, when compared to most other medications, bee venom therapy supports the immune system and does not weaken it.
Further compounds that can be found in bee venom are apamin, dopamine and adolapin. Apamin helps the synaptic transmissions in the body, while dopamine is known to stimulate motor activity. Adolapin seems to have a pain relieving, analgesic effect.
Do I need to consult a doctor before using Actiflex?
YES! This product is the exception. Most natural remedies, supplements, herbs and vitamins may be harmless to take alongside prescription medicines, not so with Actiflex! It is vital to talk with your primary care physician before purchasing Actiflex. Ask your doctor the following two or more questions:
“Am I allergic to bee venom?”
“Will Actiflex contradict the effect of any other medication I’m currently taking?”
“What should I do, if I think I’m experiencing an allergic reaction?”
Add your own list of questions you may have….
Can everyone use Actiflex? Side effects? Warning!
Actiflex contains Active Manuka Honey with Bee Venom and Ginger, two natural anti-inflammatory substances. Most people react in some way to a bee sting, and as a result many people regard themselves as 'allergic to bee stings'. However, US estimates show that the number of people with some form of allergy to insect stings is only 1-2%. The percentage of total deaths due to bee venom allergies is 0.0008%, or less than 1 in 12 million.
The initial reaction to a bee sting is local redness, swelling, pain and itchiness. However this is not an indication of bee venom allergy, since the medical definition of a stinging insect allergy is sting-induced systemic reactions by the body that occurs somewhere other than the local area of the sting. Pain and redness is a 'normal reaction'.
A larger local reaction can occur in the area of the sting in a radius of 3 inches (10cm) or more, increasing in size over several days, and creating massive swelling. This type of larger local reaction is also not life-threatening, unless the sting and swelling occurs nearby the airway.
Bee Venom allergy can create a systemic allergic reaction that affects the circulatory and respiratory systems!
Reactions include shock, unconsciousness, fainting, difficulty breathing and massive swelling of the throat! Symptoms include nausea, dizziness, an urge to use the toilet, general weakness, itchy palms, soles, eyes and throat. Relaxation and reassurance of the patient should be encouraged in order to prevent panic. Panic can make the condition worse, breathing troubles may follow, and left unchecked could lead to cardiovascular failure and death!
When breathing problems occur, immediate medical attention is required! Intra-muscular injection of epinephrine (adrenaline) is the recognized treatment to alleviate the symptoms of allergy (Barach 1984).
Warning!
A person generally does NOT suffer an allergic reaction on their FIRST exposure to insect venom. The first sting causes the body to produce an allergy-causing antibody (IgE). When the person receives a SECOND sting later in time, the venom causes an IgE induced reaction!
Once you have been cleared by your primary care physician to go ahead and try Actiflex, make sure that you are supervised by your doctor. If you should experience any side effects such as shortness of breath, consult with your doctor immediately.
Bee Sting Therapy vs. Actiflex?
Bee venom therapy, also called Apitherapy or Bee Sting Therapy, is based on the principle of homeopathic medicine, that whatever substance can cause the symptoms of a disease, can also be the cure for it. In order to practice bee sting therapy at home, you will need to keep live bees at home. You will need anywhere from 5-20 stings per day to help reduce inflammation, pain and stiffness in joints. Obviously having to keep bees at home and stinging yourself daily, is not only very time consuming, but extremely painful too – as you can imagine….
The simulated bee sting, Actiflex taken orally, causes the immune system itself to relieve the inflammation that was caused by it. This reaction can at the same time help relieve arthritis symptoms. When Actiflex is taken on a regular basis, it should help relieve arthritic inflammation and swelling of the joints. You should experience greater flexibility in movement with less or no pain.
Actiflex is an all natural, alternative pain and swelling reliever for many types of arthritis. This product is taken under the tongue, where there is a high absorption rate. Actiflex is readily absorbed into the blood stream and transported through the blood to the joints where it is most needed. Taking Actiflex orally is completely painless, compared to live bee sting therapy or bee venom injections. The bee venom itself is tasteless.

How is Actiflex taken?
Important! Consult with your doctor or nature-pathic doctor first, before purchasing Actiflex. Ask your doctor if you could be tested, to make sure that you are NOT allergic to bee venom, and ask if Actiflex may have any contradictory reaction to any other medication you may be taking? Ask your doctor if you can replace any current medication with Actiflex, or if you need to continue with all medication, plus Actiflex? Ask your doctor what you should do, if you were to experience an allergic reaction? Add your own questions too.
Actiflex is best taken without food and left under the tongue for 1-2 minutes, since tasteless bee venom is best absorbed in the mouth. Start out by taking just 1/4 teaspoon of Actiflex Plus once a day, as some people may risk allergic reactions. A small amount of Actiflex Plus can help immunize your body. The next day take 1/2 teaspoon, the next day 3/4 teaspoon. On the 4th day take 1 teaspoon of Actiflex. Continue to slowly increase the amount of Actiflex. At the end of 2 weeks, you should be able to take 3x1 teaspoon of Actiflex per day - this is the maximum amount.

“I’ve had psoriatic arthritis fir 35 years, since I was a small child. I’ve been on Enbrel since it became available to the public in 1999. I was taking 1-2 injections a week of Enbrel. NOW, after finding Manuka Honey “Actiflex”, I’ve been taking an injection of Enbrel once every 3-4 weeks! I immediately felt results in my neck the first night! Now, several months later, I take a teaspoon of Actiflex 1-2 times a day to keep the inflammation and pain away. I feel great and the inflammation in my hands is non-existent. I am so glad I was surfing the internet and accidentally found your website and decided to try the Actiflex. I’ve told many friends and family of the qualities of the honey and even my doctor, who actually listened to me, to tell other patients of the healthy alternative!" L.M. Solano Bach, California
"I already tried bee sting therapy, so I knew that I was not allergic to bee stings. As you recommended, I also checked with my doctor to make sure that Actiflex will not contradict with any other medication that I am currently taking. I placed an order last week. Since my body was already immunized with bee venom, I started talking 1 teaspoon of Actiflex, and let it melt under the tongue. I tell you Elaine, after only a half an hour, my left arthritic knee was no longer painful! This stuff works really well. I will keep ordering as needed. Thank you also for your kind help in getting my order out the same day." J.R. of Wyoming

How can I purchase Actiflex?
Make sure you contact your doctor first, before purchasing Actiflex. Ask your doctor: “Am I allergic to bee venom?” (You can have yourself tested to be sure that you are not allergic to bee venom, before trying Actiflex). Also ask your doctor: “Will Actiflex cause any adverse reaction to any other medication I’m currently taking?”
Purchasing Actiflex is a decision that is made between you and your doctor. Your doctor needs to know, when you are thinking of taking a natural remedy, supplements, vitamins that he / she has not prescribed, as even a natural remedy or a supplement or even a vitamin, can cause adverse reactions when taken in conjunction with prescription medication.
